Other events and venues
Bill absolutely loves sharing stories with diverse public or private gatherings because good stories are a wonderful way of bringing people together! No matter our age, gender, cultural, ethnic, religious or socio-economic background, stories remind us that we all share the same basic concerns of being human. Stories can also teach, inspire, entertain and convey ideas in a way that lingers and keeps people thinking and talking long after the story is finished.
Bill can tailor a story program from his large repertoire of existing stories or he can be commissioned to create a program specifically for your event. He is available for all ages and all types of venues, including:
School family nights
Scout camp outs or banquets
Museums and historical sites
Nature and environmental Ctrs.
Parks and Rec. programs
Fund raising events
“Your excellent use of animation to depict various characters was convincing and spellbinding. You understand theatrics, timing, movement and your audience...and use everything to their full capacity.”
— Harold Barnett, Volunteer; Brandywine Battlefield Park, Chadds Ford PA
“Your performance made this year’s Autumn Harvest Celebration an outstanding success beyond expectation! We were all impressed with the level of talent you exemplified!”
— K. Owen Prusack, Regional Park Superintendent; Warwick County Park, Pottstown PA
Why do we tell stories?
. . . Because there is joy in every moment of every day, and sorrow and grief, and love and life.
Because we all feel things, and we know, and we need to know, that others feel them too.
Because each of us is a king, and a princess, and a beggar, and a frog
Because Once Upon a Time is forever . . .
. . . Because the stories we tell are the threads that bind us together, person to person and generation to generation.
